Melinda Prunty HB 455 will prohibit an abortion if the pregnant woman is seeking the abortion, in part or in whole, because of a test result indicating Down Syndrome in an unborn child, a prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome in an unborn child, or any other reason to believe that the child has Down Syndrome, except in the of case a medical emergency.
