Senate Bill 150 was an immensely important bill that was passed in the 2023 Kentucky legislative session. This piece of legislation safeguarded confused and vulnerable kids from the exceedingly harmful and dangerous life-altering gender “transition” procedures.
Almost immediately after the final passage of Senate Bill 150, groups such as the ACLU, which recklessly advocates for transgender ideology, targeted the bill by launching lawsuits at it. Exactly one day before SB 150 was to go into effect, U.S. District Judge David Hale stopped the bill from going into effect by issuing an injunction on it.
Attorney General Cameron defended SB 150 by filing an emergency motion challenging the Judge’s injunction. The state legislature of Tennessee also passed a bill that protects kids from experimental transition procedures as well which also has been blocked by a judge from going into effect.
Praise be to God, not long ago, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Kentucky’s SB 150 and the Tennessee law that protects children from dangerous experimental “transition” procedures. Thus, Kentucky kids are now fully protected from the life-altering damage that is caused by puberty blockers, cross-sex hormone therapy, and surgical mutilation.
The ACLU, however, is not done attacking Senate Bill 150, as the organization is now asking the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene and block the Kentucky and Tennessee laws that protect kids from experimental “transition” procedures. It is beyond time for the ACLU to stop attacking SB 150, and to stop advocating for the mutilation of children in the disguised name of “medical care.”
LET US PRAY…
Father, empower the United States Supreme Court to reject the ACLU’s request to block Kentucky’s and Tennessee’s laws that protect kids from experimental “transition” procedures. Lord, please open the eyes of those who make up the ACLU to see the error in their views on transgender ideology. Father, we praise You that SB 150 is in full effect protecting vulnerable children from dangerous experimental “transition” procedures right now in Kentucky. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
