Dr. Leana Wen previously served as the president of Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider, and was installed to that office in 2018. Her time as president of the abortion giant was short-lived and came to an abrupt end eight months later.
Details about Dr. Wen’s departure have now been detailed in her recent book, “Lifelines: A Doctor’s Journey in the Fight for Public Health,” which reveals exactly what Planned Parenthood is all about. Unfortunately, while Dr. Wen was serving as president of Planned Parenthood she suffered a miscarriage that the organization tried to exploit.
Dr. Wen wanted to lead Planned Parenthood to focus more of its time and resources on health care. The organization rejected this leadership completely and ultimately in a short period of time Dr. Wen was removed. The Board wanted its efforts centered around abortion expansion and tried to get Dr. Wen to lie and say her departure was because of her miscarriage.
This information reveals what Planned Parenthood is all about. The organization has never been about health care, it has always been about abortion expansion. This attempted cover-up, to explain away Dr. Wen’s departure by using her painful miscarriage reveals the vile intrinsic nature of this corrupt organization.
