On Friday, the Biden Administration released newly updated and highly concerning Title IX regulations. There is no way around it, the new rules will negatively affect women, parents, and children.
The Biden Administration announced that it was, unlawfully, redefining the term “sex” in federal law. Specifically, the new rule enlarges the term “sex” to include “gender identity,” “sexual orientation,” “sex stereotypes,” and “sex characteristics.” These new regulations attack the very heart of Title IX, which exists to legally protect women, within public education, from discrimination on the basis of sex.
Title IX was crafted and implemented to ensure that women had equal access to athletic opportunities, protection in facilities, and equal opportunities for scholarships.
Make no mistake about it, if these newly proposed regulations are allowed to be enforced they will threaten women’s sports, threaten the privacy of women in locker rooms and other areas, threaten parents’ rights, gut equal opportunities for women, and more. Unfortunately, the Biden Administration has decided to neglect truth and reality for the lie of radical transgender ideology that will hurt women, parents, and children across our nation.

Father, may these new regulations to Title IX be stopped before they are set to go into effect on August 1. Lord, please open the eyes of the Biden Administration to the darkness they are promoting. Father, may Title IX truly serve as a protection for women and not a weapon to advance the evil of transgender ideology. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
