Over the past few years, American corporations at a concerning rate have journeyed down the woke path. The woke road these major corporations have traveled down is one of adopting radical LGBTQ+ agendas and DEI initiatives.
However, thankfully, over the last year, there have been numerous corporations publicly announced their reversal of DEI programs and LGBTQ agendas in an effort to return to normalcy. Major companies such as Ford, Tractor Supply, Lowe’s, Harley-Davidson, and more have recently pulled back their DEI initiatives.
Days ago, the largest company yet, Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, announced that it too will retract its DEI programs. This is a massive victory for corporate America as the retail giant currently employs 1.6 million U.S. workers.
Furthermore, Walmart announced that it would be pulling out of a prominent gay rights index. The company is also backtracking on giving priority treatment to suppliers regarding race and gender.
Walmart and these major American corporations are retracting from radical LGBTQ agendas and DEI programs because of bold and brave Americans who have applied pressure on them by standing for the truth. This should serve as a reminder to us that we can have great influence in our nation for truth if we are simply willing to be strong and courageous.

Father, please remind Your people of the influence we can have for truth in our culture when we simply take a bold and courageous stand. Lord, we praise You that Walmart and other major corporations are retracting their DEI initiatives and LGBTQ agendas. Father, may corporate America as a whole return to normalcy and away from radical programs. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
