MAJOR PRO-LIFE MOMENT OF 2021
“Open your mouth for the mute, For the rights of all the unfortunate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, And defend the rights of the afflicted and needy.” – Proverbs 31:8-9
On December 1, 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case that could overturn Roe v. Wade and end the widespread legal killing of preborn children in America.
Members of The Family Foundation team were honored to join thousands of other pro-life advocates and leaders outside the U.S. Supreme Court on that historic day.
The Family Foundation joined in filing a legal brief arguing that the U.S. Supreme Court must overrule its clearly erroneous abortion decisions because they violate the right to life, which is the most fundamental right given by God and has long been recognized in common law.
Since its founding, The Family Foundation has been committed to protecting life, preparing for after Roe, and worked towards its reversal. The Family Foundation worked on every Kentucky pro-life law since 1990, including the successful passage of a trigger law that will ban nearly all abortions, both chemical and surgical, immediately upon Roe’s reversal.
After more than 62 million lives lost, it is past time to overturn Roe… Let us pray that 2022 is the year!

Father, thank You for blessing The Family Foundation’s pro-life work during the last three decades and thank You for allowing us to witness this major pro-life moment in our nation’s history. We ask that You would direct the Justices and their law clerks to do justice and preserve life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
