“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” – Proverbs 31:8
All across America, we are witnessing an unmistakable wave of momentum that is advancing from one state to the next to protect kids from dangerous “transition” procedures. These methods within the transgender ideology, “transition” procedures, include cross-sex hormones, puberty blockers, and even surgical mutilation.
Unfortunately, these “transition” procedures can cause what used to be a healthy individual to experience permanent damage and into a life of perpetual health problems. Confused and vulnerable children should never be subject to such horrific procedures. Unfortunately, way too many children are rushed into these life-altering procedures in the name of transgender ideology.
Many states have stepped up to protect kids from these ghastly procedures by passing legislative measures including our Commonwealth with the passing of Senate Bill 150 in this year’s legislative session. Furthermore, this week the North Carolina legislature overrode their governor’s veto of House Bill 808 which protects kids from the devastating “transition” procedures.
With this incredible victory coming out of North Carolina, the Tar Heel state becomes the 20th state to enact a law that protects kids from the horrors of “transition” procedures. May many more states continue on this wave of momentum because even beyond the physiological damage that “transition” procedures cause, they fundamentally diminish and destroy the unique and perfect way that one has been created by God which will never lead to a life of fruitfulness.
LET US PRAY…
Father, we praise You that now twenty states have stepped up and passed legislative measures to protect kids from the dangers of “transition” procedures. Lord, may many more states step up and pass laws that will protect confused children from the irreversible harms of the “transition” procedures. Father, thank You for creating us in a specific way for a great plan and purpose. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
