Let Us Pray: Ten States Voting on Pro-Abortion Amendments

“Thus says the Lord who made you, who formed you from the womb and will help you: Fear not, O Jacob my servant, Jeshurun whom I have chosen.” – Isaiah 44:2

This November, ten states in our nation will vote on immensely concerning constitutional amendments regarding abortion. While the extent of these amendment proposals varies, many of them seek to codify a right to abortion and strip away previous pro-life state laws and regulations that protect pre-born babies.

Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, and South Dakota all have the abortion issue on this year’s ballot. These state pro-abortion amendments use language that is incredibly vague which could greatly affect each state.

Since the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization which overturned the horrendous decision of Roe v. Wade, the issue of abortion has been returned to individual states. Now ballot measures have become the primary avenue for states to either advance pro-life measures or a pro-abortion agenda.

Pro-lifers must show up this November in these ten states to cast their votes to protect the pre-born and women in regard to the abortion amendments on their respective ballots.

LET US PRAY…

Father, we praise You that Roe is no longer the law of the land here in the United States. Lord, we praise You for the pro-life measures that have been put in place over the last two years and the lives that they have saved. Father, empower voters in these ten states with abortion amendments on the ballot to vote to protect human life and women. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
