Over the past seven years, there has been an intense debate taking place across the waters in the United Kingdom over how a woman should be defined. In 2018, Scottish lawmakers targeted the Equality Act of 2010 to expand the definition of women to include biological males who identify as transgender women even if they have not yet started gender transition procedures.
The ridiculous expansion of the definition of woman was almost immediately challenged in court and over a string of court cases it finally made its way to the United Kingdom’s Supreme Court. The court clearly articulated the question at hand when they stated, “The central question on this appeal is whether the EA 2010 treats a trans woman with a GRC [gender recognition certificate] as a woman for all purposes within the scope of its provisions, or when that Act speaks of a “woman” and “sex” it is referring to a biological woman and biological sex.”
Days ago, the British High Court answered that question precisely by ruling clearly that one’s sex is defined by one’s biological makeup. The court stated, “The unanimous decision of this court is that the terms woman and sex in the Equality Act 2010 refer to a biological woman and biological sex.”
This is a courageous stand for truth by UK’s Supreme Court, and a massive win for the British culture. Praise be to God, this is just another instance that shows that the tide continues to turn in the favor of common sense, reality, and truth, all over the globe as the faulty transgender movement continues to lose ground.

Father, we praise You for the courage of the United Kingdom’s Supreme Court in unanimously ruling that a woman and a man are defined by one’s biological makeup. Lord, may the momentum we are experiencing for common sense, and truth only continue. Father, may this decision by the UK’s High Court lead other courts across the globe to rule in favor of truth.
