Earlier this month, on January 3, 2023, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) made a disturbing announcement. The FDA announced a regulatory change that will now allow retail pharmacies to dispense mifepristone, the first of two pills for the abortion regimen.
Furthermore, the regulatory change also officially removed the in-person requirement for women to be able to obtain mifepristone which means the pill can now be received through mail-order. This is the latest instance that reveals the Biden Administration’s all-out mission to make abortion available on demand.
Thankfully, in a recent move, members in the U.S. House of Representatives have introduced a bill that would reverse the radical FDA abortion rule to make mifepristone widely available. In addition, if this measure is passed, it will put an end to the FDA making similar rules in the future.
It has been widely acknowledged and documented that these abortion pills are extremely dangerous and cause severe complications for women who take them. The FDA is clearly shirking its responsibility to protect the health and safety of women in order to continue to push reckless pro-abortion policies. It is abundantly necessary for both the U.S. House and Senate to pass this measure to protect women and save the lives of the preborn.

Father, please bless this legislative measure that has been introduced in the U.S. House to reverse the radical FDA abortion rule that was announced earlier this month. Lord, may this FDA abortion rule be short-lived and be brought to an end quickly. Father, help us to do and fight for righteousness at all times. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
