Jesse Green

Legal and Policy Advisor

Jesse Green is the Legal and Policy Advisor for The Family Foundation, a nonprofit organization that stands for Kentucky families and the biblical values that make them strong by advocating for God-honoring public policy in the Commonwealth.

Jesse is a passionate advocate for religious freedom, free speech, school choice, and the sanctity of life. He believes the Founders created a Christian nation and that we have a duty to preserve that legacy.

Jesse graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and History from Asbury University in Wilmore, KY, where he was honored as the top history student in the Class of 2021. Jesse received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and passed the Kentucky Bar Exam in 2024.

During his studies, Jesse had the opportunity to intern for the Legislative Research Commission, Senator Rand Paul, and Congressman Thomas Massie. He also worked as a law clerk for the Ohio Senate Republican Caucus and as an extern for Judge Batchelder on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
