TAKE ACTION: Tell Gov. Beshear No Men in Women's Bathrooms>>>

Victory Report from the 2025 General Assembly!

From our Exec. Director

Kentucky’s 2025 legislative session ended on Friday evening with several important pro-family and pro-life victories, including HB 495, HB 4, and HB 90 all becoming law after the General Assembly overrode Gov. Beshear’s vetoes.

I am also excited to report that a monument of the Ten Commandments will be making its way back onto the KY Capitol grounds with the passage of HJR 15!

Your voice was heard and our full-time policy team was at the Capitol advocating until the very end of session (pictured below on final day of session). We are incredibly thankful to the Lord and to all the legislators in both chambers who voted to give final passage to these priority pro-family & pro-life bills:

✅ HJR 15 – Restoring the Ten Commandments monument back to the KY Capitol grounds.

✅ HB 495 – Reversing Beshear’s “conversion therapy” executive order and ensuring tax dollars don’t pay for gender mutilation procedures via Medicaid.

✅ SB 2 – Prohibit taxpayer-funded gender mutilation procedures in state correctional facilities.

✅ HB 4 – Banning and defunding discriminatory DEI programs in our public universities.

✅ HB 90 – Pro-mom & pro-baby legislation to clarify KY’s pro-life laws while protecting maternal health plus expanding pro-life perinatal palliative care and access to freestanding birthing centers.

✅ HB 208 – Ensure cell phones are not a distraction during class instructional time while also ensuring social media sites are not accessible on school Wi-Fi.

✅ SB 19 – Allow public school students to attend bible classes off campus and have a moment of silence at the start of the school day.

We look forward to sharing a more detailed recap in the coming days, including in our upcoming Kentucky Citizen publication. There were certainly some disappointments as well, including important bills that died in the House protecting medical conscience rights, strengthening KY’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, and a total ban on taxpayer-funded gender “transitions.” We look forward to working to educate and advocate on these important issues in the days ahead!

Thank you again for your prayers, faithful financial support, and engagement that made a major impact in the successes of this short legislative session!

As the last days of the session made all the more clear – we are still up against a coordinated, well-funded campaign by anti-family advocates, the mainstream media, and Leftist politicians, especially Governor Beshear, that seeks to distort the Truth, promote harmful ideologies, and pollute the hearts and minds of our children.

In case you missed it, the stakes of this battle were highlighted when I appeared last week on KET’s Kentucky Tonight, defending the importance of HB 495 and the Christian truths behind the legislation in a lively debate with LGBTQ advocates. Be sure to watch some of the highlights posted on our website.

None of our work would be possible without your prayers and faithful support of our mission. As we continue fighting for Kentucky families and the biblical values that make them strong, we would be greatly blessed by your financial support.

We are all in this battle together, and we could not be more thankful to have you standing with us!

Faithfully, in Christ,
