Education always works best when parents are empowered with educational choices for their children. More than 30 states have educational choice programs, and Kentucky is the only state in the region without an active school choice program.
Rep. Josh Calloway has filed a proposed school choice constitutional amendment, HB 208. Our executive director David Walls spoke with Rep. Calloway about the need for educational freedom and why now is the time for a school choice amendment in Kentucky.
