Religious freedom is our most foundational freedom and is deserving of the highest protection in the law. Rep. Steve Rawlings has filed HB 47 to strengthen Kentucky’s existing Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) with needed updates from recent court cases and state legislation to ensure that it provides adequate protections for religious liberty.
